I've got a really weird problem:

 

There is one particular web alarm we cannot seem to clear, acknowledge or dismiss. The status of the alarm is "clear" but it will simply not dissapear from the webalarm list.

I'm logged on in Opmanager as the admin user so normally I should be able to clear the alarm.

 

Do you have any idea how we can reolve this issue because now I've muted the sound entirely on our monitoring system. The (untill now) unclearable webalarm keeps giving a webalarm so this is driving us a little mad .

 

We are running the OPmanager database on a SQL 2005 machine, do we have to go there to remove the webalarm?
