Cannot clear Alarms in Opmanager MSP
Hi,
When I try to clear or delete an alarm I get:

Failed to perform the operations for the following objects.
Failure Object Reasons
1 IF-100.7.10.254-3.chvlbbprobe_Poll false
======================================
However I can Acknowledge and UnAcknowledge the alarm.
I can only delete the alarm when I go direct to the mysql database as told in this forum at : http://forums.manageengine.com/forumHome.do?forumGroupId=49000000002007&forumTopicId=49000002640305&
Has anybody a clue for this problem.
