Cannot Assign Technicians anymore...
We recently upgraded to 9314, That was problematic and not smooth at all so 9317 is on the back-burner til we figure out this.
Since the upgrade I have not been offered the Technician field when attempting to assign tickets. I only see the Group dropdown.
How can I restore the ability to select a technician from the assign dialog?
