Cannot assign technician as a requester
Our ServiceDesk has suddenly stopped allowing calls to be assigned to requesters who are also technicians.
This has been working fine for months, but earlier this week the names are not appearing when you type the surname in the requester name field.
We are running an older version 8125 (too afraid to upgrade in case we break something!). Is this a known bug fixed in a newer version?
Any ideas?
