Cannot add the link for OpManager in SD+ 5
I have upgraded the SD+ to v5,
but I cannot found the Add-On page which mentioned in v4's manual.
and I cannot configure OpManger 5.6 to connect SD+ v5.
I have checked the server IP, username & Password for a few times already.
The error message as below:
"Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus, The server might not be running or the network traffic may be too high."
