Cannot add SNMP resource monitor

I had originally setup free disk space resource monitors on all of our servers. they were working fine until yesterday. They were saccidentily removed using the quick configuration wizard. When I try to add them back on now I cannot. I get an error saying "Unable to configure Graph". It will then add the resource monitors for the A: drive and E: drive, but not the C: and D: drives which I want to monitor. I have restarted OpManager but that hasn't fixed the issue. Any help would be great.
