Cannot add services
We are in the process of actually purchasing opmanager and we are having some issues.
1) It will not allow us to add certain services which we know are running. On 30 machines it did not find FTP on the initial add. So we go to add it manually and it says it adds it fine but then its not in the list when we look. Is this a bug? Is there a fix?
2) We had some services report down that were not really down. I tried everything i could think of but couldnt figure out why. Anyone heard of this one? It happens alot.
