We are using Opmanager 9 with Windows 2008R2, so far we have added number of routers and servers without any issue. Now when I am trying to add HP Procurve switch, it say device successfully added but I can't find the device I tried all the possible ways to added but in vain. I have many times verified my SNMPv3 credentials, even with the snmp tester from the Opmanager server and snmp tester successfully test snmp to the switch. Please help to resolve the issue.
