cannot add any windows service monitors - access denied
I can't add any windows service monitors to the servers I've added to OpManager. I've read that the account/password I set up has to be a local administrator on the remote server I'm trying to get info on - what happens if this is a domain controller & I can't add local accounts? I need to be able to add windows service monitors for all my servers, and I'd like to be able to use our domain admin account to do this.
Please help - I need to get this set up and working ASAP
