Cannot access to MySQL of Applications Manager.

Dear All,

Cannot access to MySQL of Applications Manager.

I run a APM.

And I run [mysql.exe -h 127.0.0.1 -u root -pappmanager -P 13326 -D AMDB] at command prompt.

But I can't access MySQL.

as follows:
ERROR 2003: Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1'<10061>

I want solution.
