Canned responses available to specific roles of support reps?
We are running 7.9.0 build 7916 of SupportCenter Plus.
It looks like canned responses can only be made available to ALL support reps.
I have canned responses that I only want specific roles to see/be able to select.
Is there any way to do this?
It looks like an all or nothing option right now:
"Allow all Support Reps to access this template"
