Cann Change Status on Requests marked as Onhold
Hi There,
We have a number of requests that their status are currently set to Onhold, but they will not change.
These were set before applying patch 5006 & 5007.
New requests work ok, but these older ones we cannot change.
I've tried editing the request, clicking the close option, and trying to close from the request list, but nothing happens.
Any help would be gratefully received.
