Can you Suppress specific Event ID Alerts?
We have an Exchange 2010 Server that's driving me nuts with the Event ID 1040 relating to ActiveSync heartbeats. None of our users are complaining about their remote devices and I've conferred with another Exchange Engineer and he said we can just ignore those, but I keep getting an e-mail alert every 30 minutes or so.
Is there any way to tell OpManager not to send alerts for specific Event IDs?
