Can you lock requests to stop others editing them?
Hi
Is there a way of locking requests in order to stop other members of the team editing them at the same time
We have had several instances where a request has been picked up by the same technician at the same time causing duplication of work
Could a message be relayed indicating that the request has been opened by another member of the team or can be marked as read only?
