can you configure email to populate fields?

can you configure email to populate fields?

New to SDPlus
We have a software order form online. When the form is submitted it is sent to the email that SDP checks. The order gets into the system however is there a way for me to have various fields populated (if they are not the default values)?

For example when someone purchases software, I want the ticket to show the priority, level, group, status, etc. Currently all are blank unless there is a default value set.
