Can we start database+application when backup is going on
Here we have started backup of system with database and application. Backup we have started from saturday night. Still backup is not complete. During backup we have shutdown database and application..
Now we can't wait as users want to access application. Can we start database and application ya we need to kill process of backup before that? If we started database and application without killing backup process will backup successfully can be finished??
