can we sent notifications when status is changed
I have created a new status in SD+ names 'test'. i want to send a notification to the requester once the status is changed to 'test' so that the requester can test the application. is it possible??
is there a work around to it?? there is a template for requester notification everytime the request is updated, but i dont' want to use it 'cos as technicians, we add in a lot of comments which the requester has no need to be bothered about.
any possibilities????
