We have a bunch of machines that are failing to upgrade the DC client, uninstall or allow us to run a repair from Programs & Features due to the installers being located in the above directory.

Most of our end users do not have access to this location. And even the local admin accounts are limited. 

By default, when we try to run an uninstall or repair, can the installer be defaulted to some other location so we don't have to manually intervine?
