I've created a specific Help Desk Role for my IT staff to use. The Role has full access except over the AD Delegation tab. I'm finding they cannot select user templates. If I make them a Super Admin it works fine. Under the helpdesk technican, they have user templates set to all and the default template isn't configured. If I configure a default template, then I can select from the other templates.

 

The only issue is that I have two domains so if I browse to create a user in the other domain, i have the issue of not being able to select a template.

 

Any thoughts?
