Can't log in Customer Portal

Hello Sir.

 

We are using SC+ from build No. 7XXX to 7800 continuing upgrades.(meaning hotfixs).

But did not using Customer Portal till yesterday.

 

We tried to our clients(contacts) to be log in Customer Portal, by the method of 'sign up(or register)'  that page.

The 'Pending Registration' mail was sent well, and they(contacts) clicked link in mail.

And, another mail that include ID with Password was sent, you know.

They received it well.

But, when they typed their ID & Password(both of them was same email addresses) on our Customer Portal,

They couldn't log in.

 

I tried to change their ID, PW at 'Contacts' tab, and other things, but it no use. 

It didn't works, only shows 'This user can't log in(I didn't remember whole message)'.

 

So, I tried to apply hotfix to build number 7804 today.

Hotfix was successfully installed, and whole features of SC+ works well, except Customer Portal log in.

It didn't works like yesterday.

 

And I installed build no.7804 to my laptop for the test, of course same settings with real Server.

But, OMG!! It works.

 

I wanna know,

1. What can I edit SC+ Server settings for my clients to be log in customer portal?

2. or How can I re-install SC+ 7804 to real Server(tidy out) keep existing settings and Database?
