Our client contacted to support team and he joined a remote session.
But his problems are not resolved.
Now he wants to join a remote session once again,he contacted to team via mail,even call but he didn't hear any feedback from you.
Please kindly send me a mail about period you can arrange a remote session for him ASAP.It is very urgent to us.
Our client's system is stopped because of these errors.
