Hi, we use ManageEngine for our company's cases and Jira for Project Management. We have the Jira integration set up and initially, things do work well. But, the integration can only add to Jira tasks, Story, bug and epics but not Jira tickets. 

We do see that Jira tickets update ManageEngine cases with a note but a note in a ManageEngine case does not update a ticket. Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this so that both systems are in sync?
