Can SDP invoke to call external aplication API

Hi
I have a requirement to integrate SDP to other application in my company. The Scenario is when support person closed the ticket in SDP, then SDP need to send ticket information immediately (ticket number and closed time) to external Application.
Which method can I use in SDP to fulfill this requirement ?
