Can requester info be broken out into firstname and lastname
We have a desperate need to have the requester info have fields for first and last names.
The notifications come out horribly impersonal, and it really affects the customer/technician relationships.
Can we get that fixed? We'll work on the active directory portion, but to have those abilities would REALLY be a big help.
