Can Not Successfully Create Event Log Rule

I am new to OpManager 8.

After reviewing the user guide online I created a new Event Log Rule and associated it with my Server. However when the event is triggered I do not see an alert on my dashboard or revive a notification. I have SNMP and WMI configured correctly and tested. I also receive notifications from other alerts. I have attached screen shots of how i have OpManager Configured. I am sure that I am doing something incorrectly. Thanks in advance.
