Can not send Notifications
We are evaluating the software and everytime we try to send a notification, it fails with the following two entries in the support log.
Exception while trying to send notification for Request ID : 5 Mail sending failed.
and
Exception while trying to send notification for Request ID : 5 Null
We have tried using two different mail servers (1 internal and 1 external) but they both end up with the same error.
