Can not remote desktop or putty

I used to try PMP product, I have a question about it.
I'm testing funtion remote desktop or putty from PMP after I created some resources. when I tried to in local server , I have already tested ok . But I login from another PC though web , I can not remote desktop or putty from another PC.
Pls help me to solve this problem
