Can not get a pc to inventory scan
I have a 1 pc in my inventory that will not perform an inventory scan. the only error I get is that that the scan failed. I had more than 1 originally then support told me to update to
Build No: 91032. After updating all but 1 were able to perform the inventory scan. I uploaded the logs of the one machine and have not heard back from support since they said they would analyze it, this was over a week ago that i had uploaded the log file. my support case is Request ID :##14876513##. Any help would be great.
