can not connect to OPmanage webclient console
Hi, there:
I've installed OP manage 6.0 on Win2003 R2 platform for one of my clients( they are licensed). I initially installed it as 30 day trial version then applied the license file.
It was working fine for at least more than one month until recently my client told me that it's not working. When I use webclient I got this error message:
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, admin@india.adventnet.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log. "
Then both "ManageEngine OpManager" and "ManageEngineOpManagerApache"
services just shutdown automatically. I can manually restart both services without any error, but the same situation happens again when I use webclient.
I searched the forum and tried ways from this link: http://forums.manageengine.com/forumHome.do?forumGroupId=49000000002007&forumTopicId=49000002637753
but it's not resolving my problem.
I uninstall OP manage and reinstall it but at the finbal stage I got this error message: " OpenService failed - The specified service does not exist as an installed service. (0x424)"
I still followed the link above but still fail to resolve the problem.
I would highly appreciate if someone could help me out here...
And I got the backup of the OPmanage directory before I uninstalled it. So it would be best if I can still keep the original configuration if we can get the problem fixed.
