Can No Longer Sign-in on Port 8383

Hello,
Over the weekend we patched our Endpoint Central Server to version 11.2.2325.24.W. After the patching was completed, the Endpoint Central login page will load on port 8383, but nothing happens when you hit the 'Sign-in' button. If I change the port to 8443, it will sign in without issue. Once signed in, if I change the port back to 8383, I am able to navigate just fine on the 8383 port.

Please assist.
