Can manageengine add a feature within admanager to set spn's like MSSQLSvc

for example to set an spn for a managed service account for a server running sql

currently, I have to login to a server, and use command prompt to and run setspn -s MSSQLSvc/FDQN of server:1433 domain\managed service account

also, does admanager have the option to create managed service accounts and install them on servers?
