Can I track illegal software with this?

I am new to this product and would appreciate if someone could shed me some light. A question that I have :-
Can this product track illegal software activites running on users' PC in my company?
For example, I do not want users to play counterstrike and use up the bandwith. Or I do not want users to infect her PC with an email virus after she quietly install a pop3 email on her PC. If yes which service should I activate?
