Can I setup ManageEngine Netflow Analyzer on proxmox vm ?

Can I setup ManageEngine Netflow Analyzer on proxmox vm ?

I try to install ManageEngine Netflow Analyzer on proxmox vm, but alway get problem.

At the frst step to install it i get this notice :

so its vitual on virtual, can we install ManageEngine Netflow Analyzer on proxmox vm ?
cause i got problem to install it on proxmox vm debian and proxmox vm centos
