I am currently working on modifying a new user request and a termination request and would like to be able to send an equipment acknowledgement form to the new user as part of the Service Request and also a separate form to another email if a terminated user does not return all of their equipment.

 Is there a process for doing this inside of SDP through Tasks and/or Field and Form rules?
