Hi there,

I was wondering if there is a way to pre-configure or install remote control agent service on a PC in a deployment stage so that we wont need to wait long for the installation process when we use Remote Control in Asset management in Service Desk Plus.

I tried to use the file "agent.exe" that is being copied automatically on C:\ when the remote control is initiated but it didn't work. I installed it as a normal application but then when I tried to use remote control it started the whole installation process again....

I hope that my point is clear and I'm really looking to find out the answers.... Thanks..
