Can I move data from one server to another server if the two
Currently, I am using Service Desk Demo build 7008, trial version. I also have 7006 build installed on another server.
When I did a backup of my 7006 build and restored the backup to my 7008 build. there was no error. However, the restored process didn't work. Nothing has been restored to my 7008 build.
Do I mean I can only move data from one server to another if the two build are exact version?
