I've got a badly messed up install of ServiceDesk Plus running on a server that is used by one of our small teams, there are enough things wrong with it that I don't think it is worth salvaging and I want to give them a new build. However one of the problems it has is that it can't be upgraded as it hangs every time, so they are stuck on 9400.

My plan is to take a backup, install 9400 on another server, restore the backup to that and upgrade to the latest version. unfortunately I don't have and can't find install files for 9400 or earlier. Does anyone know where I could get some ?

Alternatively does anyone have an idea how I could migrate their existing calls onto a fresh install ?
