My org is in process of moving from SDP on-premise to SDP cloud.

One feature we want to take advantage of is multiple instances because we need the flexibility to adjust certain settings like notification settings that are universal across all groups in the on-premise version.

However, we are running into a bit of an issue.  If we have several different instances with technicians that need to cover requests in each instance, is there some way that technician can get a single view of their requests across all instances, or do they have to monitor their requests in each instance separately?

Ideally I would like the ability to create a custom view where a technician can see all requests assigned to them across all instances.
