Can I create Resource Groups that show as top level groups?

If I'm logged in as the admin and I create a resource group and share it with someone, it shows as "Admin's Groups" and then the group I shared. Same thing if a manager creates a group for his team, it shows as "John's Group" and then the group name.

Is there some way to have it NOT do that? I want to create groups for various departments but not have them show up under someone's name since that manager might move to a new area or something. I just want it to show as the resource group itself.

Does that make sense?

Also, is there any wya to change the system default to go to the "My Passwords" tab and not the "Auto Logon" tab for everyone?
