Can I change the 'labels' used in the program
We are in the process of evaluating Service Desk Plus (SDP).
For our purposes we would match up what we call 'Entity' with what SDP calls 'Site'.
Is it possible to change the labels in SDP to say 'Entity' instead of 'Site'?
It's not a show stopper by any means, it's just easier to talk about the product as it might be used in our organization if we could use the same terms.
