Can I add the created date to the tech view of a request?
Can I add the created date to the tech view of a request form?
Some times we don't get time to enter request until the next day or so.
Most of them have been completed and just need to be added as closed.
We would like to set the dates on the request form and not the second screen.
I have tried to add the field but it will not show up.
