We've had PMP since version 6.0.  Over the years of upgrading PMP the "Patch" folder seems to store all the patches that we've ever applied and has grown to 5GB in size with over 43,000 files in it.  Normally this isn't a problem, but before each upgrade your procedure is to take a copy of the PMP folder.  That takes extra time and space to copy.  We also need to run the icacls fix after each upgrade and it has to process through that patches folder as well that also takes time.

So can that directory be cleaned up?
