Can'e see customize self-service portal button
Hello,
I am currently trialing manageengine as we are considering using it for our helpdesk. One of the things I'm looking to test is changing how the self-service portal looks when a user logs on. When I look this up all answers say there is a button under the self-service portal settings for it but there is no button there.
Is this a version issue? How do I customise the self-service portal?
