Can an Alarm Message be Customized
I'd like to customize the Alarm messages to include additional information for the technicians. I see variables such as $MONITOR and $UNITS but I can't find a listing of these variables in the documentation. Can any text be entered into the Alarm Message text box? I tried it once without any luck but I'd like to hear from other folks who are more experienced with the product.
