Can ADSelfServe allow me to reset/unlock an account on one domain and then synchronize those changes to another?

I'm in the middle of migrating users to a new domain, but their Exchange is still on the old domain. It's the only reason they log in through Outlook to  the old domain.

I'm wanting to have them be able to reset/unlock their account using their new credentials....but also have it make those same changes to the old domain.

Is this possible?
