Can´t use own status - Can´t edit standard entrys

Hello from Vienna!

We use Service Desk Plus Professional 7.5.0 Build 7514.

We use the german software with the latest language file.

There are many default settings that i´m not able to change and it´s also not possible to use own entrys.

Most important in my opinion is the "status" of a call.

In english the default is:

onhold

open

closed

resolved

I HAVE to use this status in my german version too....so most stuff is in german but the status is in english??

When i create a new status in german like "offen" (=open") and asign it to a call than i dont see this call in my global view....the call is there but i cant see it in global....the same with all other new created status.

When i crate a new status like "gelöst" (=resolved) it doesnt send the user a mail to close the call like it does when i use status "resolved"

So there is a big problem when i want to use german or new status for my german system...and like in other categories you are also not allowed to change/unname or delete the basic status....so i can´t use it in german.

How can we resolve this???

I have some other troubles with some criterias i can´t change because it´s default (which makes no sense in some cases). I will make a new topic for the other stuff.
