Can't Update OpManager and URL-Monitor empty
Hello together.
The last update i installed to OpManager, via UpdateManager.bat, was 7023.
Now, if i try to install 7024 or 7025 i won't get an error, but i can't open the website anymore and get an empty site with:
webclient.error.page.msg
Installed Service Packs (see image):
AdventNet_ManageEngine_OpManager-7.0-SP-2.3.0[7023]
AdventNet_ManageEngine_OpManager-7.0-SP-2.0[7020]
Also:
At the Homepage of our OpManager there is the Infrastruktur Snapshot: URLs.
By clicking on it i get to the map, but the only text that is displayed on the map is (see image):
URL Monitors ( Gesamt: 0 )
No URL Monitors found in the database.
I can't add or remove or do something...
