Can't trust Patch Scan - What's up?
Hi guys.
I just installed this thing for the first time today and started playing with it.
I added a workstation, and then ran a patch scan on it.
The results are a bit confusing.
When I take the system directly to MS Updates, it shows only two updates which are not installed (I don't want them), but in the DC interface, it lists 34 missing patches for Windows.
I'd really like to start using this to manage patches on my workstations, but if it's this far off on even knowing what's on them, how can it manage them?
Any ideas?
