Can't startup OPmanager6 on Mandriva 2006.0

Hello,
I have Opmanager 6 free edition on Mandriva 2006.0. I can't start opmanager server. I readed on this forum some articles about this problem. I found solution, that help me with missing library. But now when I run ./httpd.sh from /opt/AdventNet/ME/OpManager/apache/bin I have this error:

[root@coudy bin]# ./httpd
httpd: could not open document config file /home/kernel/satya/installed_apache/conf/httpd.conf

There is log from starting opmanager server 6

[root@coudy bin]# ./StartOpManagerServer.sh
inside addon check

This OpManager has been licensed to Evaluation User.
