Can't start as a Windows Service
OpManager doesn't startup (only) as a Windows service.
When I log-on as Administrator and start OpManager by double-clicking the OpManager icon on the desktop, OpManager successfully starts.
And also, when I log-on as Administrator and run StartOpManagerServer.bat from the command prompt, OpManager successfully starts.
Only when I try to start OpManager as Windows Service, it fails to start.
The file"stderr.txt" says that OpManager cannot bind to 0.0.0.0:7780. But I'm sure that ports which OpManager uses (web=7880, tomcat=7809) are not used, because I checked it with netstat, and because OpManager successfully starts by the desktop icon and bat file.
How can I fix this trouble?
